1. Return Eligibility:
- You have 3 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return:

- If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Reasons for Return: We accept returns for the following reasons:
- Wrong design/model received
- Fitting error
- Defective piece
4. Fragile Products: Return of fragile products is subject to additional conditions. Customers must provide an uncut video of the product during the unboxing process to demonstrate any issues. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
5. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
